By accessing or using Cullvo's website (cullvo.com) and application (app.cullvo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Cullvo provides email list optimization tools that scan your connected email platform to identify inactive, duplicate, and unengaged contacts. Our free tier provides a read-only scan and report. Paid tiers allow you to clean your list directly.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Authorized Use

You agree to use Cullvo only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service beyond its intended use.

5. Email Platform Access

When you connect your email platform, you grant Cullvo read-only access to your contact lists and engagement data. We will not modify your data unless you explicitly initiate a cleanup action. You may revoke access at any time through your email platform's settings.

6. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising Cullvo are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cullvo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that optimization reports will result in specific savings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cullvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or lost profits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
